Aravind Mohan


Aravind Mohan is a Manager in the PwC New York Metro Transfer Pricing practice. He has over five years of transfer pricing experience assisting multi-national companies with complex intercompany pricing issues spanning multiple areas including planning, global documentation, post-merger integration, and controversy. Aravind has worked with clients across a variety of industries with a particular focus on managing large-scale business restructuring projects that assist companies with aligning intellectual property, operational, tax, and legal structures to achieve sustainable financial and non-financial benefits.

Aravind has been actively volunteering in PwC's financial literacy events in
New York since 2011. Notably, he served as a liaison between PwC and a charter school for two years to facilitate the
delivery of PwC’s Earn Your Future™ curriculum. Aravind is also
an active member of the Noah James Hardt Foundation.

Aravind has a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University.
