Katherine graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Commerce, Marketing & Retail Studies. She started her career in retail interning at William Sonoma Inc. during her Junior year summer and then was accepted into Gap Inc’s Rotational Management Program (RMP) upon graduating from school. After finishing her 9 months of training, she started a career in Merchandising at Old Navy – moving in roles across Kids, Baby, and Women’s. Her last role was running the Old Navy Women’s Active business which was one of the largest growth categories for Gap Inc. She most recently moved on to the Gap Inc. recruiting team helping to run our University recruiting efforts for the RMP program & internships.

In addition to her recruiting work, Katherine has also advocated for a program within Gap Inc. to help upskill some of our junior employees leading to promotions. She is passionate about career development & talent management and continues to love all elements of the fashion industry!
